I love that you kill your shadows also. I find them a bit too much sometimes, flat is always nice for a change :) Too bad that theme is NFR. I <3 it big time!

no menubar, no dock, no drop shadows on windows, clean white theme etc etc.......
currently running a snow leopard as stock but i do know my way around customizing it.
